Customers post questions on this paid site and you can choose which questions you can answer.
Most questions are done in a real time chat kind of like face book messaging.
Some customers want to talk on phone. Since you choose the questions you can either accept these questions or not.
I never did phone calls.

I answer questions regarding computer electronics and computer problems.
