If you have multiple autoresponder, AR, accounts and mail multiple times a day it gets confusing knowing which AR to mail from next without having to log into each AR account.
One way to track this is to create a domain based email account like last@mydomain.com and then add that email address to every AR. Make sure to turn off any spam filtering on that account.
You can then just log into that email account and see the order of the all emails and time between emails.

Make sure to not use a gmail account or any other freemail account that might filter spammy messages.
