In the past I have recommended Aw Pro Tools and Leadpages for moving subscribers between lists when they clicked a link in an email.

This is also a great way to build a list of just clickers or to segment your list into specific interests.
Move people interested in diet products to 1 list, internet marketing to another, bizop to another.

Both Aw Pro Tools and LeadPages are monthly subscriptions but include other useful functions.

If you just need the list segmenting part, what is called smart links, a WordPress plugin just came out that does smart links but with a one time payment.
It is the second upsell to Email Exploder so you need to buy the main product for $10 first. The first product is really just tutorials on how to use smart links for list segmenting.

The way a smart link works is when a subscriber clicks a smart link in an email they are moved to a different list in he same autoresponder. This can be used to segment your list based on subscriber interests, to add a one click uninstall, to add a one click spam complaint (which doesn’t really file a spam complaint).
